Weekly Work Hours: 40 Compensation Range: Administrator Range E05 Salary Minimum: $92,700.00 Annually FLSA: United States of America (Exempt) Position Type: Administrator Position Summary The ideal candidate(s) will possess a strong commitment to innovation in the early childhood landscape. The candidate(s) will also have a strong track record of effective implementation of early childhood programming at both the practitioner and administrative levels. The Associate Dean of Early Childhood Education (ECE) will work with the Dean of Early Childhood Education to coordinate academic advancement activities within the School of Education associated with the Early Childhood programs, including activities related to early childhood related accreditations, participation in district-wide planning and management activities; enhance and promote the program’s instructional areas, support faculty development, seek and facilitate additional school partnerships, and develop new initiatives to meet emerging needs of the greater Dallas County region.
