Working closely with the Farm Manager, you’ll help coordinate day-to-day operations across the property, making sure cropping programs are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. You’ll play a key role during critical seasonal periods such as planting and harvest, helping guide the team, operate machinery and keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being out in the paddock, working with good equipment, and taking pride in getting the job done properly.
