Qualifications: Education: Experience: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Acts as the technical interface between the manufacturing plant team and the program management and customer teams. - Coordinates activities to achieve program deliverables, ensures successful launches, manages quality expectations, tracks tooling, and meets delivery requirements, while also leading plant APQP activities and product validation. - Initiates commitments for new programs, develops tooling requirements, tracking and verification, develops plant specification sheets for part quality, develops packaging specifications, and performs part capability studies. - Leads program finance and budgeting, including material costing, bill-of-material creation, and capital equipment requirements, provides product-specific support to marketing, including presentations, datasheets, customer visits, market research data, formulation of product business and launch plans, and develops sample and prototype manufacturing schedules with the plant scheduling department and support development. - Accountable for overseeing all aspects of new program launch as it pertains to the assembly plant. - Provides leadership and daily...
