About the role: In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a consistently high standard of customer service by understanding customer requirements and ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication at all times. Acting as a central point of coordination between customers, warehouses, and transport teams, you will help ensure that deliveries are planned, tracked, and completed efficiently while maintaining accurate systems and documentation. You will be responsible for: Managing daily customer communications, ensuring all queries, updates, and call-offs are acknowledged and actioned promptly. Maintaining and update stock and transport management systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
