Your Mission: Take the wheel of our national Work Health & Safety strategy and drive a safety-first culture across retail, warehousing and logistics. You’ll be wearing your consulting hat from the get go —you’ll be influencing national and regional leadership as part of a matrix structure to evolve our safety management system while shifting the dial of our safety culture as a core operational enabler. This role calls for thought leadership and a highly entrepreneurial mindset—someone who spots opportunities, challenges old ways of working, and creates best-practice systems that move as fast as we do.
