Job Description: - Monitor POS latency and perform POS switchovers to ensure optimal transaction routing. - Conduct daily reconciliation of transactions and investigate discrepancies. - Analyze failed or mismatched transactions, identify root causes, and implement solutions. - Work closely with payment processors, banks, and technical teams to resolve operational issues. - Ensure compliance with payment regulations and fraud prevention measures. - Optimize payment routing strategies to improve authorization rates and reduce costs. - Generate reports on payment performance, downtime, and transaction success rates. - Collaborate with the tech team to enhance payment gateway efficiency.
