Overview Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is looking for a Lead Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Clinician to join our team! Please join us and make a real impact in your patients’ lives as you coordinate and grow our Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab program! Work alongside a dedicated Medical Director and Clinical Rehab Director to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. In this role, you will:• Coordinate all aspects of the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab program• Provide direct patient care, including exercise prescription and education• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans• Monitor patient progress and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met• Lead program development, documentation, regulatory compliance and outcome tracking initiatives This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing service, build lasting patient relationships, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
