Purpose The HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a hybrid role supporting the full employee lifecycle, with primary accountability for recruitment coordination, pre-boarding, onboarding, and core HR operations. This role serves as a central point of coordination between candidates, new hires, employees, hiring managers, and HR leadership, delivering a high-touch, compliant, and equitable employee experience. The position balances transactional accuracy, candidate and employee experience, and process consistency, while contributing to continuous improvement across recruitment and HR operations.
