Job Overview: Reporting to the VP, Compensation, the Senior Compensation Analyst will provide analytical solutions and consultative compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and our Business Units (BU). As a member of the Corporate Compensation team, you will support in the design, development, and on-going management of the firm’s compensation programs and initiatives.
