A Day in the Life: This Sr. Engineering Manager position is responsible for leading a functional engineering group that supports market released products in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM). This Engineering Group focuses on therapy delivery systems associated with implanted devices and associated leads, catheters, guidewires, related accessories, and applications. The role entails management of a team that 1) drives product quality & performance through processes that include CAPA, RPI, change management & continuity 2) provides engineering support for post-market submissions, renewals, regulation changes, support for inspections and design change projects and 3) investigates and implements changes on released products to improve gross margin.
