The Broker Assistant will support Brokers with all job functions to learn the industry, business, and job responsibilities necessary for future growth as a Broker. Serving as in intermediary between the Retailer and the Insurance Company, they market, identify, solicit, and arrange appropriate insurance coverage for clients. The Associate Broker will drive new business to assist Brokers in meeting or exceeding production goals, as well as build strong, positive relationships to increase the reputation of Burns & Wilcox.
