About this role HVAC Aftermarket North America is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Aftermarket Material Planning , to join our HVAC Aftermarket Planning team. The Senior Manager - Aftermarket Material Planning is responsible for leading the planning team which focuses on both the material planning and procurement activities and works to ensure the seamless flow of materials to meet customer demand. This person must have a strong background in supply chain management, experience defining material planning and inventory strategies, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively, and strong people leadership skills.
