Job description

Position Overview The Floral Assembly Supervisor provides frontline leadership for fresh floral production and bouquet assembly at the Obetz facility, while also supporting general gift assembly operations as volume demands require. This role is responsible for overseeing floral processing, bouquet assembly, quality control, labor deployment, and schedule execution to ensure product freshness, design integrity, and service level attainment. The Floral Assembly Supervisor exercises independent judgment in workflow prioritization, staffing decisions, and quality control to protect customer experience and minimize waste in a highly perishable, fast-paced environment. Given the time-sensitive nature of fresh product, this leader plays a critical role in maintaining throughput velocity, shrink control, and compliance with food safety and handling standards.
