Overview Join our mission to revolutionize access to mental healthcare for students nationwide through innovative, school-based solutions. We currently partner with over 60 school districts, including Kaiser Permanente, reaching more than one million students across the U.S. Our clinicians benefit from a stable caseload and consistent referrals. We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students ages 11-24 throughout California. Key Benefits: Competitive Compensation: - W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment) - 1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay) - Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm) - Caseload Commitment: As a 1099 contractor, caseloads start as low as 5 clients a week.
