POSITION SUMMARY: Provide assistance to dealers and/or retail customers as it pertains to technical, structural and operational issues, of their boat and/or trailer. QUALIFICATIONS: - Assist dealers and retail customers with technical help as required - Analyze warranty data to generate appropriate reports - Coordinate repairs at satellite FRP shops - Coordinate the return and repair of warranty boats at the factory - Review and approve/disapprove warranty repair estimates - Provide dealers with on-site training in the operation of Skeeter boat components - Assist dealers at fishing tournaments and boat shows - Research components within QAD fo...
