Business Support Representative II Department: 22S5- Customer Support Center: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Pinnacle Support Center: Description: GENERAL SUMMARY: At the direction of the Business Support Supervisor, provide customer service and data entry support via the telephone, chat and email in compliance with established policies and procedures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Sets up new customers in compliance with established policies and procedures. - Verifies accuracy of submitted customer documents and agreements in accordance with established policies and procedures. - Provides support of questions and situations to customers. - Assists Business Support Supervisor with related projects as requested. - Regular and reliable attendance. - Performs other duties as assigned.
