The Woodshop team contributes to growing our company and ensures that materials are ready to assemble quickly for our customers. Balanced Body is looking to promote a go-getter with the right attitude to lead, mentor and coach employees. As a Crew Leader, you will be expected to provide direction and leadership to your team on a variety of tasks. You will work closely with your supervisor to define the daily, weekly and monthly goals and ensure your team is meeting expectations. You will ensure the team has all the necessary training, tools and resources to accomplish their assigned tasks. You will have the responsibility to observe, correct, coach, discipline, work on the line and make some very difficult decisions. You will respond to difficult situations.
