QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREDBachelor’s degree in telecommunications, computer science, engineering, or a related field; advance degree preferred. .Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong technical expertise in IMS protocols, including SIP, RTP, Diameter, HSS and related technologies.Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage. multiple initiatives/projects in execution of daily operationsStrong technical knowledge: ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Required skills:Troubleshooting & Call Flow & LogsSIP / Codec / SDP5G Core / Registration FlowIdentity & Protocol UnderstandingLTE / EPC
