In this key role, you will be the frontline operational leader responsible for daily billing resolution and accurate claim submission, remit and cash posting, and accounts receivable follow-up at Jefferson Healthcare. This role focuses on optimizing staff productivity, ensuring claim accuracy, and fostering a high-performance culture within the billing office. The Supervisor translates departmental KPIs into daily workflows, providing direct coa ching and technical support to the billing and posting staff to ensure Jefferson Healthcare meets its cash collection and AR aging goals.
