Summary Sr. Manager, Workday Tech DevOps The Senior Manager, Workday Tech Ops, is a key leadership role within the Global HR Technology organization, responsible for overseeing all technical operations and development initiatives for Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, and system integrations across the company’s Workday HCM platform. This individual will lead a global team of developers and analysts to design, build, and support innovative Workday solutions that extend core functionality, enhance data insights, and streamline integrations across the enterprise. Acting as both a strategic leader and technical authority, this role ensures that Workday HCM remains a scalable, secure, and data-rich platform, enabling business transformation and global workforce optimization.
