You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and supporters, creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience every day. In this role, you’ll coordinate Higher Everyday Living services (Everyday Plus) within our Residential Care Home, ensuring residents have access to services that reflect their individual preferences and needs.
