Operations Logistics and Routing Coordinator

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Logistics and Routing Coordinator. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics including routing efficiency, customer service frequency, container optimization. - Problem-solving skills to take quick and decisive action to optimize routes in an efficient manner - Effective oral communication skills to collaborate with local operations teams, drivers, and other internal customers - Familiarity with logistics routing software - Ability to think outside the box when spotting opportunities for improvement - In-depth knowledge of routing efficiency and optimization - Must be able to provide customer support for routing issues - Responsible for reporting and root causing sequence compliance opportunities - Must be able to receive feedback and work closely with local site leadership for continuous improvement - Responsible for maintaining routes including adding/removing stops - Additional tasks may be assigned by their direct supervisor - Ride along with drivers to understand routing opportunities, efficiencies, and container optimizations - Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred - Maintain posi...
