Technical Application Support Engineer AdTech Platform · PulsePoint · India · Remote Support / SRE-lite · 3+ years experience · India · Europe · US coverage ABOUT THE ROLE PulsePoint is looking for a Technical Application Support Engineer based in India to provide backup coverage for our platform and related audience workflows. This is not a primary feature development role. The person will act as a technical backup and first responder when the Europe-based team is unavailable, helping India and US teams investigate issues, validate system behavior, check logs, inspect API/database state, and escalate with clear technical context when deeper engineering work is required.
