Reports to: Program Coordinator Expanded learning programs are structured educational opportunities that occur outside the traditional school day, combining academic support, enrichment activities, and skill-building to enhance students’ overall learning and development. The Expanded Learning Assistant Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and management of high-quality, developmentally appropriate afterschool and summer learning programs for school-age youth. This position aligns with the National Afterschool Association (NAA) Core Knowledge & Competencies and plays a critical role in supporting student success, positive youth development, and collaborative partnerships with schools, families, and communities.
