AI Product Trainer Are you passionate about AI and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Thomson Reuters is looking for an enthusiastic AI Product Trainer to join our ANZ Customer Training Team. In this role, you'll partner closely with our sales teams to develop and deliver strategies that encourage product adoption and maximise usage. You'll also support customers through onboarding and training for our generative AI software, while managing customer accounts to ensure their training needs are understood and met. This role will be based in Sydney. About the Role: In this opportunity as AI Product Trainer , you will: Deliver engaging onboarding and training experiences that help customers confidently use our software, including tailored programs designed to meet specific client needs. Build strong customer relationships through regular check-ins to understand goals, identify training opportunities, and ensure ongoing support.
