General Summary The BYS RBT Intern position is a structured, tiered internship level designed to support professional growth from entrylevel RBT Intern through advanced clinical development roles. RBT Interns provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–21 in center-based and in-home environments while participating in a progressive training and supervision model aligned with BACB standards. This role integrates direct clinical service delivery with supervised professional development activities to prepare staff for increased responsibility, clinical leadership, with the possibility of long-term career advancement within BYS.
