We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Counterperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Greet all customers (retail and shop) warmly and assist all in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Provides high level of service to internal and external customers. Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate and timely information.
