The incumbent must have the analytical skills to address complex systemic problems and to formulate recommendations for the effective solution of this problem. Exhibit advanced expertise in Florida’s adoption program and in responding to concerns and questions from all members of the adoption triad—adult adoptees, birth parents and adoptive parents. Serve as a confidential intermediary appointed by the courts. Maintain and update operating policies related to adoption reunion registry, for children in the child welfare system and those adopted privately ensuring alignment with federal and state laws, rules, and best practice standards.
