Job Location Lifsey Building - Career Solutions Job Summary: The Retention Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the long-term success of program participants by conducting follow-up activities, verifying employment outcomes, and collecting and recording survey data. This position works closely with Career Navigators to ensure participants remain engaged and supported after initial placement, and that accurate data is maintained for reporting and program improvement. The Retention Specialist helps advance the mission of Career Solutions by promoting sustained employment and continuous improvement in service delivery. The Retention Specialist will promote a positive work environment that celebrates our vision, mission and core values in every action and interaction with team members, donors, customers, management and people served.
