Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Supports management in directing and coordinating activities of the Technical Entertainment maintenance personnel. Routinely provides feedback to management on personnel issues and performances. Actively support and implement daily/weekly/monthly planning and scheduling. Ability to multitask and use basic problem-solving skills. Actively promotes, engages in, and maintains positive working relationships with other departments in supporting department activities by performing duties assigned. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: - Plans and delegates work tasks. Delegates work assignments among qualified crewmembers. Communicates performance expectations to ensure proper completion of maintenance tasks for Technical Entertainment systems. - Actively reinforces company safety guidelines and programs, reports non-compliance. Monitors employee’s productivity, work habits. Leads work startup and stoppage. Monitors care, condition, use and storage of tools, equipment and other UO property. Maintains material inventories.
