Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, or cybersecurity. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in relevant field. - 2 years of experience in Incident Management, Triage, or Security Command Center. - Experience with machine learning. - Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting programming language (e.g., Python). - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
