FLEX Sr. Manager, CoBrand Card Capability Support

Job description

This is a temporary position. The FLEX Senior Manager, CoBrand Card Capability Support will sit in the Marriott Cobrand team supporting a new capability launching in 2027. This role is responsible for overseeing development and testing processes this capability to ensure all tech & digital builds meet documented business requirements and compliance standards. The position leads cross-functional collaboration and manages internal and external stakeholder communication, including timely progress updates and feedback distribution throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, it facilitates decision-making and risk management by maintaining thorough documentation and driving project milestones. CANDIDATE PROFILE: Education and Experience: Required: - 4-year bachelor’s degree and 5+years of relevant experience - 2+ years experience in project management in digital, app, and/or backend systems - 2+ years experience managing to business and technical requirements Preferred: - Experience in managing cross-functional teams - Experience in facilitating quality assurance test plans for digital projects – both front end and back end - Experience with highly regulated industries (e.g. financi...
