Junior Process Mining Analyst (Celonis) Location: Katowice, Poland (Hub): About the Role: You will join the Flora Food Group Data & Procurement Excellence to support the rollout and scaling of reporting, process mining & automation capabilities across the organization , with a primary focus on Celonis . This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn —not only from a technical perspective but also by understanding how business processes work end-to-end . You will help translate business needs into data-driven insights , working closely with stakeholders across functions while building hands-on expertise in Celonis and related tools. We are not looking for a dashboard builder—we are looking for someone who wants to understand how our business runs and improve it using data.
