Innophos is hiring a Process Verification Supervisor at our Nutrient Ingredient Manufacturing location in North Salt Lake, UT. The Process Verification Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of food ingredients manufactured within the facility by verifying all aspects of quality operations on the production floor. This position is responsible for monitoring adherence to food safety standards, managing non-conformance investigations, and implementing corrective actions. The Process Verification (PV) Supervisor will guide and develop the Process Verification team, fostering collaboration across departments to ensure compliance and adherence to food safety and regulatory standards through effective communication with Quality Management, and actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee PV processes, including raw material, Equipment Clearance, Line Check, Sampling, In Process Verification (Metal Detector Verification, Magnet Checks, Mesh Tests, LOD), Printing Labels, Scale verification, Equipment / Tool Calibration - Draft, update, review, audit, and update all PV operation-related SOPs, protocols, plan, working ins...
