Are you passionate about shaping reward frameworks that support business strategy and enable sustainable growth? As Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist in our Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a key role in developing, governing, and executing Bavarian Nordic’s global rewards agenda, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strong business alignment across the organization. You will own and drive core compensation, incentives, and benefits processes globally, partner closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and external stakeholders, and contribute directly to executive and Board-level compensation governance. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute the total rewards agenda and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and the CoE roadmap. Ensure simple, compliant compensation processes globally, and promote consistency across regions. Own and maintain the global pay philosophy, pay ranges, and level assessments, ensuring market alignment and internal consistency. Act as the Senior Rewards Expert within the CoE and guide and develop the compensation and benefits specialist.
