Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer as a Rectification Analyst working in either our Sydney , Melbourne or Adelaide office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Lead incident rectification activities including root cause investigation, customer impact assessment, and remediation planning and execution. Collaborate closely with Incident Managers and stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, GSD, Trustee Office, Product, Transformation, and Technology teams to ensure effective incident resolution. Support accurate breach and investigation reporting to regulators and internal stakeholders. Contribute to the design and implementation of preventive measures and enhanced controls to reduce future operational errors. Assist with peer review, coaching, and continuous improvement of rectification processes within the Incidents Team.
