Job description: As a Team Lead of IT , you will own and drive our corporate IT operations and AI enablement function in a high-impact player-coach role. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a high-performing team (System Administrator, IAM/Automation Engineer, and GRC Analyst) while remaining deeply involved in execution. You will ensure our 130+ employees have world-class infrastructure and act as the driving force behind AI adoption , evaluating new tools and governing AI usage to ensure we stay ahead of the curve as AI reshapes the SaaS landscape.
