Overview Location: Remote for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) Behavioral Health Consultant Support Services The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful execution of Behavioral Health Consultant Support Services for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC). This role oversees contract performance, staffing, and service delivery for remote clinical personnel providing medical waiver review services. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Government, ensuring all contract requirements, performance standards, and deliverables are met. This position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams in a federal contracting environment. Schedule: The position operates on a standard Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST) and is performed remotely. *Position is contingent upon contract award.
