The Impact You Will Make: We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to support the development and delivery of effective EHS programs across the organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety legislation, promoting a strong safety culture, and reducing operational risk. The EHS Specialist will conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, provide training and guidance to colleagues, and work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Driving continuous improvement to reduce risks on site. - Maintain SOP’s, document templates related to risk management, including general and equipment risk assessment. - Manage the site risk assessment system - Manage site Fire risk/DSEAR assessments. - Ensuring that any actions arising from assessments are suitably tracked - Support external BSI audits to maintain compliance wit...
