SUPPORT SUMMARY: This role will be critical to the support of operations and maintenance support of a multi-million RSF life science portfolio in the Greater Boston area. This first-class operation starts with its supporting team members and provides a collaborative, positive, and technically challenging environment that champions professional growth. MAJOR FUNCTION: The Assistant Program Director provides vital support by combining administrational and operational oversight, staff development, safety management, and strategic planning to ensure compliant, efficient, and reliable facility operations. Job Responsibilities: - Develop reporting for each site with the UG2 Senior Program Director client Facilities Director and Asset Management. - Provide monthly reports to executive leadership. - Develop, implement, and present KPIs using customized work order system reporting. - Create and improve a shared drive/files to include live updates. - Attend weekly meetings and maintain continuous discussions with the client for proper management of the account, facilities, and asset operations. - Track and record all billable and non-billable time and expenses. - Develop, implement, and stan...
