We are seeking a reliable and motivated Laborer to support daily operations at our precast concrete manufacturing facility and retail yard . This position plays a key role in producing, handling, and delivering high-quality precast concrete products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. - Competitive Salary - Full Benefits Major Job Responsibilities will include: - Assist in the production of precast concrete products, including forms, pouring, finishing, stripping, and curing - Load, unload, and move concrete products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling - Support retail yard operations, including customer assistance, product staging, and order fulfillment - Perform general labor duties such as cleaning molds, maintaining forms, and keeping the yard and plant orderly - Assist with inventory organization and material handling - Follow all safety procedures and company policies - Work collaboratively with plant operators, drivers, and supervisors to meet daily production and customer needs Qualifications & Skills: - Previous construction, concrete, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required - Ability to work outdoors in vary...
