About the role: A growing ecosystem of partners is building products on top of Claude. We're hiring an Engineering Manager to expand our Marketplace Platform. You'll shape the platform capabilities of a product surface that spans customer-facing discovery, partner-facing self-serve tooling, the business logic that orchestrates deals between them, and the authentication layer that lets users move seamlessly between Claude and partner products. This is a 0→1 role with a broad mandate and tight integration seams across several other platform teams. About the team: The team owns a new product layer within the Platform organization.
