We are looking for a full time Site Safety Coordinator in Holden, Maine to support our Utility division. This position will provide site safety training for all employees as well as provide technical and safety support for the project leadership. Ability to develop and enforce a high-quality site safety program and an injury free work environment. Field visibility expectation is 80%. Key Responsibilities: - Direct safety oversight for energized transmission line structure replacements, ensuring adherence to live line work methods, minimum approach distances, and utility safety standards during all phases of construction. - Conduct accident/incident investigations, near miss, property damage, assist with claim management, and implement corrective action items to avoid reoccurrence. - Perform orientation training for new employees and equipment training competency....
