In this role you will provide Tier III application support and lead the analysis, and configuration of payroll and time solutions aligned with business strategy. This role owns system configuration, technical documentation, and advanced issue resolution across integrated HRIS platforms, ensuring accurate, scalable, and compliant solutions. Partnering with Product Owners and crossfunctional stakeholders, the analyst translates complex business requirements into functional and technical designs, assesses downstream system impacts, and supports highly integrated payroll and time processes. With deep domain and application expertise, the role identifies optimization opportunities and demonstrates how HRIS solutions effectively support enterprise objectives.
