Are you a corporate lawyer with an interest in executive compensation? Join Osler’s growing Executive Compensation practice as a lawyer in our Toronto office. Executive compensation is a highly scrutinized and sensitive area and demand for expertise is growing. Unique to Canadian law firms, our group is able to provide a 360° perspective because our executive compensation expertise is bundled for clients and includes lawyers with cross-specialties in all relevant areas of law, including securities tax and employment law, corporate governance and pensions & benefits. We advise corporations and management teams on compensation matters relating to corporate transactions. We also advise organizations, both public and private and small to large, on Canadian and cross-border complex and day-to-day compensation issues.
