*This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting growth within the RV Home Energy business. This role will drive alignment across engineering, product, and creative teams while owning execution of large, multi-team initiatives from ideation through launch. You will be responsible for delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and proactive risk management across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings strong program ownership, operates independently, and excels at driving clarity and execution in complex, fast-moving environments.
