This is a full-time position scheduled to work Tuesday – Saturday. This work schedule will be reviewed on an annual basis. Summary: Under the supervision and at the direction of a higher-level Maintenance Technician, provides less complicated repairs and preventative maintenance. Duties: - Exterior painting of curbs, speed bumps as necessary - On a daily basis, maintains common areas on the property including laundry room(s), office, community room, mailbox area(s), parking lots and carports, trash and recycling enclosures, - Keep trash and recycling areas clean - Winter: snow and ice response, as necessary - Minor maintenance requests as directed by maintenance team - Assist Maintenance Technicians with an annual preventative maintenance program consisting of unit inspections Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. - Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds - Must b...
