Job Overview: The DHS Implementation Service Specialist implements Getinge Digital Health Solutions (DHS) products for Getinge customers. The position is trained to assist with implementation of T-DOC. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties: - Under the guidance of the Project Manager, participate in onsite and remote DHS projects. This includes but is not limited to: - Preparing for and configuration of a system setup. - Installation of T-DOC server software - Configuration of T-DOC SQL database - Working with OR, SPD, IT, and other departments as needed in a professional manner. - Provide excellent technical support either onsite or via remote services, as needed. - Ensure adherence to company quality system processes, protocols, and SOPs. - Establish and maintain positive...
