Overview As the Complex Director of People Services this role provides People Services leadership and direction for assigned properties at CoralTree Hospitality in alignment with the company’s strategic vision, operating plans and efforts to bring the values to life throughout all properties. The primary roles played by the Area People Services Directors are that of Advisor, Mentor, Communicator, Auditor and Strategic Leader for People Services initiatives and efforts where collaboration across the Area will best leverage resources to the shared benefit of the organization. Responsibilities: - Serve as a mentor, thought partner and advisor to Complex and Property PSDs/Managers within the Area assigned on the full gamut of People Services matters, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, employee relations, terminations, layoffs, and regulatory, union or legal matters. - Foster a culture of collaboration across the Area or sub-markets within the Area such that PSDs know their counterparts and feel comfortable reaching out for peer-to-peer advice and support on PS matters and local or regional initiatives. - Take an active role (in partnership with Operations and Home O...
