A Brief Overview: The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing project plans for multiple initiatives, tracking their progress, anticipating future needs, and modifying or aligning activities as necessary. This position will support clinical initiatives at Stanford Medicine Partners (SMP). This role provides leadership for projects focused on clinical best practices, standardization, and initiative operationalization across SMP. These responsibilities are carried out through collaboration with physicians, directors, managers, supervisors, and senior leadership within SMP and across the enterprise as appropriate.
